Up to $500 in equipment and services · Up to 10 recipients in the first round · Nonprofit status not required
Equipment, services and implementation support award. No cash payment will be made to recipients. Selection and participation terms apply.

The line gets too long. Families at the far field never make it over. The same few volunteers spend another game trying to keep up.
You know where your concession stand gets stuck. This grant helps you do something about it.
Tell us what is holding your operation back and what you want to accomplish. Selected organizations receive a package tailored to that challenge, plus support to put it to work with ScoreGrub.
Your award may include:

Give your concession team a dedicated device to manage incoming ScoreGrub orders.

Make QR ordering, pickup locations and delivery instructions easier to find.

Help fans recognize the people preparing, handing out and delivering their orders.

Get help bringing your menu into ScoreGrub, preparing your team and working through your launch.
Each package is matched to the recipient’s needs, with a total award value of up to $500. Contents vary by organization and may be substituted while remaining within the published program limit.
A parent watching a game on the far field. A family that does not want to miss the next play. Fans who would order if getting food were easier.
ScoreGrub delivery features may help concession operators serve those fans through designated delivery areas where the product is available and the operation is ready.
Delivery is optional and not guaranteed. Where it is available and included in an approved implementation plan, there are two ways to run it:
Your staff or volunteers handle deliveries, and your concession operation retains the delivery fee.
A team, cheer squad, club or community group provides runners and earns some or all of the delivery fee under your agreed arrangement.
Delivery participation depends on product availability, facility layout, defined delivery areas, staffing, supervision and safety, as well as an approved operating plan.

The program welcomes eligible organizations with active concession operations in:
Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee.

You do not need nonprofit status. You do need an active concession operation, authority to introduce ScoreGrub and a clear challenge or growth goal.
Describe your operation, the challenge you face and what solving it would mean for your organization.
Our Grant Committee considers the problem, its impact, your goal and whether the award and ScoreGrub can make a meaningful difference.
After eligibility and implementation requirements are confirmed, the recipient agreement is signed, the award package is approved, and your launch plan is confirmed.
Use ScoreGrub during normal concession operations, participate in agreed check-ins and provide reasonable information for measurement and feedback.

More support for equipment? A less stressful shift for volunteers? A way to serve families across your whole facility? Tell us the outcome you are working toward. Strong applications connect a real operating problem to a clear goal and explain how this support could help.
Apply for the GrantNo. Selected organizations receive an equipment, services and implementation support package valued at up to $500. No cash payment will be made to recipients, and awards have no cash value.
Depending on your needs, the package may include a tablet, QR-code ordering or pickup and delivery signage, staff or volunteer shirts, menu setup, ScoreGrub configuration, training, and launch support. Not every recipient receives every item.
No. Recipients are not required to move every concession transaction to mobile ordering. Traditional walk-up ordering may remain available while ScoreGrub is introduced as an additional ordering option.
Recipients sign an agreement, complete onboarding and menu setup, participate in training, display provided signage, make ScoreGrub reasonably available during normal operations, and use it for one complete sports season or at least 90 days, whichever is longer. Check-ins and post-program measurement or feedback are also required.
The award covers the approved equipment and services package. ScoreGrub transaction fees and any other applicable charges are separate and will be disclosed before you accept the award.
Eligible applications may be reviewed by a ScoreGrub Grant Committee. Selection considers the problem, impact, goal, grant fit, ScoreGrub fit, application quality and implementation readiness. ScoreGrub may select fewer than 10 organizations based on qualifications, funding, capacity or readiness.
No. Delivery is not guaranteed for every grant recipient. Where available, participation depends on product availability, facility layout, defined delivery areas, staffing or runners, supervision, safety and an approved implementation plan.
You may be asked about your organization, concession location, events, schedule, attendance, ordering process, staffing, sales or order volume, challenges, goals, facility layout and interest in pickup or delivery. Provide accurate information and identify estimates clearly.
No. Recipients are not required to provide positive feedback or a positive testimonial. Named stories, photographs, quotes and case studies require appropriate permission.
No. Results will vary based on attendance, customer behavior, menu, pricing, staffing, facility layout, promotion, implementation and other factors outside ScoreGrub’s control. The program does not guarantee increased revenue, shorter lines, mobile-order adoption or increased fundraising.
Recipients are responsible for determining any tax consequences associated with receiving equipment or services through the program. ScoreGrub does not guarantee that an award will be tax-free.
Program reporting may include aggregated operational results. Fan personal information will not be shared for partner marketing. Your organization’s business contact information will be shared with participating vendors only if you separately opt in. Named stories and testimonials require permission.
Equipment must be used primarily for the approved ScoreGrub implementation and may not be sold, transferred or intentionally misused. The recipient agreement will explain replacement, damage, return and early-withdrawal terms. ScoreGrub may require unused equipment to be returned.
